I am making a wedding cake with 7", 11" and 15" square tiers, with fondant accents and a multi-loop bow.
I was going to order Satin Ice soon from Global Sugar Art since it's a great price right now, but how much will I need for this cake to safely cover it, and have some extra for accents and goofs.

Thanks, but I checked it out and they give measurements for round cakes up to 14". I know square cakes take more.
According to Wilton guidelines a 20 lb. bucket, which I planned on ordering at least, should be ample but their guidelines have left me short before. I have never covered such large layers in fondant, as I only do wedding cakes for friends.
Any help from you experts out there that do this frequently?
