I have just over 80 people interested to hear once the kits are ready. I emailed the manufacturer and am waiting on when the cutters will be ready to ship. I've been tapping my foot all week, thinking that each day will be the day they're ready. Having to wait on someone else is not something I'm patient about!

I remember putting a watch on this topic, but I never go a notice.

Do I really have to go through all 7 pages, or will someone please give me a synopsis?

Was price discussed, or will that be saved for the PM's? What comes in the kit?

And yes, of course, Susan, I want to be on the list, too!

To keep you from having to read all 7 pages, here's a recap: The kits will have 5 cutters each (2 body styles, 2 feet styles, and a base). Each kit will come with an instruction booklet giving complete directions for baking, decorating, and assembling the cookies. There will be two booklets available. The first has 14 designs (13 animals, 1 clown). the second booklet will have 12 designs for holiday/people. I wanted to keep the price for CC members at around $10...it looks like I might have to boost it to $11.50 to cover packaging materials. If you want both booklets, I'm looking at an additional charge of $1.50 or so. The manufacturer thought the cutters would be done this week, but it's looking doubtful! He was very easy to work with, but I don't think deadlines are as important to him as they are to me!

Oh, honey, I'm broke until next month anyway - we're buying a house!

So, put me down for 3 kits and 3 sets of booklets. I'll send you my address via PM after we close (there might be a delay on the closing date), and you can send me the cost plus shipping. I prefer Priority Mail, as they give you the boxes free at the PO, plus they can track the package for you.

What methods of payment will you be accepting? I hope you can take PayPal.

Thanks!

Susan,
I am sorry to hear that you are having delays with these. I know how proud you are of them!
I'll cross my fingers that they will be done SOON!

My frustration level is pretty high at the moment. I truly thought I'd have the cutters and be sending out kits by now. But short of hopping on a plane and flying to India (and I have a phobia about flying!), I'm stuck waiting. And waiting.

I would LOVE to go to Australia! Hmmm...maybe if I could get over my fear of flying I could go there, do a demo, and write it off as a business trip!

The only way I could get on Martha Stewart is if everybody started emailing her, asking how come I haven't been invited on the show yet! Then maybe she'd get curious and have me on just to shut you all up!

Ok, I can feel it, the cutters are either there or on their way!

I just suddenly --out of nowhere-- started thinking about it and usually when that happens-it's happening.

I'm surprised you're only up to 80 people who want the cutters...

Ooh! Helpful advice: you can go to the United States Postal Service online ( www.usps.com ) and order boxes- FOR FREE- LOTS of boxes- like 25 to a case! And they deliver them right to your door step! And they have flat rate boxes- ship up to 70 lbs of stuff for $8.95 within the US! They also have small-ish boxes like 7x7" which would probably be really good for one set of cutters...

Thanks,
Kathi

I'm going to have to check into this. playwithsugar mentioned it, as well, so now I'm very interested. And since I live only about a block from a post office, it couldn't be more convenient.

And reesesob, you gave me a chuckle! I doubt I'd ever be on Martha's show, but if it were ever to happen, it's nice to know that at least one person would be watching!

FINALLY! The manufacturer has emailed me that the cutters are ready to ship! I'm so-o-o excited! Krazykat must've known something I didn't. Even though the email had been sent on Thursday, I didn't receive it until this morning (Sunday). Darn! I could've gotten to the bank on Friday and wired the remaining money I owe on the order. Then the cutters could've been shipped on Saturday. Now I have to wait until tomorrow! Anybody have a guess as to how long it takes to ship to the US from India?
