What does she use for those crystal looking accents? It says on the site everything is edible, but those look like Swarovski or something-anyone know? Is it molded sugar gems?

I'm not a horse person, but that horse cake amazed me too!

I'm just curious....I've never been to a wedding where the cake was fondant, and I've never tasted fondant, but if everyone hates it so much, what is delivered to the guests.....frostingless cakes??? I know it makes the cakes beautiful, but I'd want it to taste good too.

The fondant is usually just peeled off. And then there's buttercream underneath.
