I think.... if I had to guess.... a teenager somewhere threatened to strike and not wash his underwear for a year if Wendy didn't make his favorite tie-dye cake.
SOOO I envision Wendy standing in her kitchen, wrapping a t-shirt shaped cake in neon colored fondant on a big countertop. Her hands are covered in neon color and she is muttering something under her breath about the teenager's dirty socks and briefs in the laundryroom.
