I made this tonight which was my second time covering cake with fondant completely and boy do I love it! anyways...i cant decide whether it looks great as is , simple/smooth and elegent or if I should add anything else to it...HELP! any thoughts?

I think it looks great! Like a little garden party theme. Question though, how long did it take for your RI flowers to dry? I did a few lilys and they aren't dry yet and it's been 2 days!

lets see...i believe a day to dry on the outside but when I took them off the foil paper...the bottom part of the flower was still not dry...so I was glad I took it almost off so the bottom part could get air to it and dry...so i hope that helps...

I think your fondant looks wonderful. I wish I could do better when I do mine. And your flowers are very real looking. I thought maybe some swags would look pretty. But thats just an option. It still looks good without anything else. Happy Easter.

its beautiful.... if you want a to try a GREAT tasting fondant, look into Satin Ice. i hate wilton's too. ick... mmf is ok, but satin ice just has a great taste, imho
