So... my in-laws gave this to me 2 years ago and have yet to make a successful cake with it! If someone out here in CC world has used it and can tell me how in the world to get this thing to bake evenly PLEASE let me know!

If you haven't see it before- it is one of those 3-d pans where you bake each half and then frost the center, push together, and stand upright. The problem I am having is that the belly of the bummy is about 3" thick while the ears are as little as 1/2" thick! AHHH! how does that work???? Also it slopes down from the ears to the belly, so the past times I have made it, the gravity pulls the batter down to the belly and leaved nothing for the ears! AHHH!

I feel horrible that they bought me this beautiful pan and I have yet to bring it to an Easter celebration! Any help you can give would be so appreciated!

It is very cute. I don't have one, but what if you tipped the pan to make it a bit more level? The ears are on the same side of the pan, so maybe some foil to tilt it to put the ears a bit lower than the bodies?

Good luck!

I agree try to weave foil around the pan to try and get it level. It is a very cute pan, the directions on the box or in it don't give any hints to how to use it?
