HTH
Hi! I usually make chocolate for my friends and bring it into school around valentine's day just as a little boost since we're trying to get through the second half of the year.
If you're looking for some really simple molds, Wilton makes rose pops, "fun size" candy bar, and peanut butter cup molds. These are great because they take very little time. Especially with the small bars and peanut butter cups, you can paint the shell of one tray, put it in the fridge, do the other and by the time those shells are ready to go into the fridge to harden the last set is ready to be filled and vice versa.
Chocolate covered cherries are also very simple, as well as choc. covered strawberries.
HTH Good Luck! Can't wait to see how it goes.
