Canon IP3500 Edible Image Printer $60 Free Shipping, No Tax - Page 3

Thank you so much for this! icon_biggrin.gif I'm wondering though, can you interchange the edible ink and regular ink or is that a huge no-no?? We don't have a printer and I'm not sure I could sell the DH on getting one right now for edible images that wouldn't print regular stuff too...

thanks so much

No, you should not use the same printer for regular printing that you use for edible images.

Have you tried the wafer paper sheets that are offered? I am wondering if they would be as good as the sheets?
Thanks,
Linda

Cakepro, thanks for reposting this thread....I purchased this the first time you posted and was so excited!!!!!! I had been wanting one FOREVER and just didnt think I could spend so much money on a new system so this was a GOD SEND....KopyKake did send me the WRONG black but sent me the correct one the very next day so that was not a biggie. I have not used it just yet but I set everything up last night and am getting ready to play around with it. I will PM you some questions I have as well....Thanks again!!!

I got this printer a few weeks or a month ago and already and its already clogged. Anyone know what else I could try? I did all the noggle cleaning things on printer maintenance tool bar and poked a hole in the cartridge. Anything else you all know of trying? Its two of the 4 carts.

Thanks!

Anyone else with this problem? I'm debating about buying one of these printers but I'd like to know if this is a rampant problem or not. icon_surprised.gif

Thanks,

I'm not computer savvy at all so here goes. If we already have a computer and printer can I hook this printer up also? Or do I have to unplug one to use the other?

Okay members I've just purchased my printer, cartridges and edible sheets. Will keep you posted on the outcome.
