I really like your site! The colors on the border are comforting and warm--it reminds you of home. icon_smile.gif

The links are easy too. The only suggestion I might give is to include more detailed contact information for yourself, such as location and/or city at least. I understand your privacy is paramount--but when I look for a baker on-line, I do want to know their location.

All in all---I say it's GREAT! thumbs_up.gif

It looks great! I would Bold or do something to the "fillings" section. It was a bit tricky for me to figure out right away, maybe put Ganache in bold and larger or something!

Well done! You should be proud!

I agree with Knox - you need to atleast give a general idea of what area you are willing to serve.

Also I liked your borders and the ease of navigating the site - only thing is IMO and it's probably just a nit-pickin' thing - is I would change Portfolio to Photo Gallery

Other wise great site and good luck with the added business.

I really think it's great, but I agree you need to say the city and state you are located.

And maybe what areas you serve.

For an example I am in New Boston, MI I always say serving Downriver, Monroe and Toledeo areas.

Downriver is the term we use here for all SE suberbs of Detroit. Monroe is a somewhat large city about 15 miles from me. And then Toledeo is in OH but only about 20 miles.

I like the overall layout of your site. I think it would be even better if you added a sample picture next to heading. For example, when I click on "scene cakes", I'd like to see a sample scene cake, or when I click on "Petite Fours", I'd like to see a picture of that.
I think showing an image of whatever you're selling will be effective. =)

Hi, I love your cake/cookie work. I am sure you will be very busy!

Ont he homepage, under you company name I would put alittle blurd 2-3 sentences about what your comapny does, where, or something to talk yourself up. Kind of like a blurb in magazine cover to get you to look inside, a teaser.

Then on the pages where you list the products i would have a picture near each that links to the page where the gallery is. Either that or put all of those pictures under the description for the product.

I love that you have allergy information on your site. Moms will really love that.

Lastly, the font you are using is nice. However, i would look up ont he internet standard forms of font to make sure that all comuters se you site the same way. I had that problem with my fancy font and people kept seeing things all wonky. Hopefully I fixed that.

Good luck and great job!!

I agree city, state and location you are willing to serve. As well as delivery charges and maybe more selection on your wedding cakes and celebration portfolios would give people more idea of your selection. I really like the country kitchen home feel to it. You feel like you'll get homebaked goodness with a professional flair! thumbs_up.gif

I like how your pictures are free from excess junk in the back ground. I like fanci-foil on cake boards instead of aluminum foil, it think it makes a better presentation and not look wrinkly and shiny. The green background is ok, but I think it could be cheerier. Sorry if i sound critical.
