Does anyone have a contract that they are willing to share? I have seen a couple and they vary greatly with the detail and liability information. It would be great to have a couple of examples to make my own and not feel like I'm forgetting something.

Also, does anyone use a delivery 'contract' that someone at the reception has to sign stating that the cake was in perfect condition and you are not liable for any damages incurred after signing?

Thanks! Trying to cover all bases now that wedding bookings are upon us again.

I'm curious about a delivery contract, too! Good question, never would have thought of that.

As far as a contract, I found several on the web, by typing in wedding cake contract. Then I picked bits from each and made my own. The contract I ended up with is very legal sounding, I used the bakeries template and tweaked it to fit my needs. I think the more detailed the better.

Go to Earlene's website and look around, I use hers which is modified to my own needs.
