Wow! icon_surprised.gif I was taken by surprise at how fast my orders have escalated. I went from only 3 orders in December to 10 in January. I know that word of mouth is what helps business the most, but I guess I didn't expect for it to happen this quickly!

So, I never thought I'd have to ask this questions, but how many cake orders should I take in a weekend before I start turning them down? In January I have as many as 4 orders in one weekend. That seems like a lot to me, but I know that some of you do many more. What is realistic for one person to complete in one weekend?

I wish I could help you... I don't do that many cakes anymore but I've heard of people doing up to 10 orders per weekend, starting Thursday and not sleeping until Sunday, really, a lot of hard work. So I am guessing it also depends on how confident you feel and how fast you can work. Good luck and congratulations on your growing business!!
