Ok I am making myself a birthday cake because I have an idea I want to try (my birthday is st.patrick's Day) I am going to bake a pot of gold with a poured sugar rainbow coming out the top ..... so here is my problem, I have never done any sort of poured sugar.

Does anyone know of a good tutorial on poured sugar I am so excited about this cake and really want to learn how I can attempt this. Thanks
