Help With Rosewater Please!!

I think that rosewater is a very subtle flavor and it might take quite a bit to taste it. You could always make a simple syrup using the rosewater and brush the cake with it. Just an idea. Hope it helps.
This is too late to help for your tasting tomorrow, but I use rose extract instead of (or in addition to in the case of batters) rose water - much more concentrated flavor. Check out

I know it's too late now - but I use rosewater in my IMBC - it takes about 6 TBS for a large batch IMBC to get the right flavor. I may have to check out the rose extract ibmoser mentioned.
