I made a red velvet cake for the first time in years and decided to try the crusting cream cheese icing recipe from this site. Whenever I make BC, I always double the recipe, to make sure I have plenty. So, not thinking about the amounts in the recipe, I automatically double the cream cheese recipe. By the time I realized that my KA was WAY TOO FULL, I had no choice but to scrap the whole thing or finish it. It took a full hour to incorporate all the sugar. Bless my poor little KA, we finally got the job done!! So if anyone else is trying this recipe for the first time, it is delicious, but it does make plenty...no need to double it!!! icon_lol.gif
