I subscribed online in May to Mailbox News. I had not gotten one yet so I e-mailed them about 3 weeks ago. They replied that something had happened and my subscription would start with the Sept/Oct. issue but they would send me July/Aug. I still have not received anything.

About when do you usually get yours in the mail? I was not sure what time frame to expect.

It took over three months before I finally got my first one. I finally got it 2 weeks ago. It seemed a bit slow to me too.

Keep calliung them. Tell them they promised it to you and you did not get it.

The last issue I received was around the 27th of July. It's a bi-monthly publication, I think, so the next one won't be out until the end of September.

I also subscribed online and never got my issues. I e-mailed them and got a response that they were processing my request and then never heard anything else from them. I finally had to call and i will say the woman I talked to was very nice but they did not have any information for me even though I had seen the charge come through on my account almost three months prior to calling them. They did get it worked out and sent me the month previous also to make up for it. Give them a call and keep calling until you get your issues.

I emailed about mine too .. I thought maybe they'd forgotten me.. I was told there'd be an issue in September .. she told me she'd send me a free issue of both the ACD magazine and the Mailbox News .. I've yet to receive it.
