That space looks awesome! Looks like it is all ready for you to move in. Congratulations! So, what kind of baked goodies are you planning t sell? Are you going to have a cafe kind of thing as well? So excited for you!

First thank you for your congrats!
It is 2500 sq ft. I am paying $800 for 2 months and then they are increasing it $110 dollars a month til it reaches $1500. Lease for a year. The owners are wonderful. They are helping us in alot of ways. It is ready to move in except I am painting the walls in the front room to all be the green color because 2 are yellow and I didnt like that which they have the paint and said they would give it to us. But pretty much all we have to do is put in the kitchen and 3 compartment sink and then decorate. We will be selling cakes and desserts for a walk in bakery. We will have drinks and coffee and also due to alot of request we are going to make breakfast sandwiches in the mornings. Just simple sandwiches to add to out cinnamon rolls, turnovers, muffins, etc. I am so excited I haven't had a full night sleep in a week. I am about to head out shopping for some of my supplies. Thanks for your luck.

Congrats!! Looks like 2007 is going to be a wonderful year for you. It looks like an amazing space. If you need any help with deciding on the interiors, I was Interior Design major and most of my coursework dealt with commercial interiors, so message me with any questions!
