So I made a batch of MMF. But there are TONS of bubbles in it? I roll it out and it has 10 or so bubbles that need popping. icon_sad.gif

Is this because I didn't let it sit? Or the way I'm kneading it?

Thanks..

I find that if I warm it up, in the microwave, then knead it for a while, or run it through a pasta machine, that gets SOME bubbles out. Still, I too suffer from bubbles in fondant.

I think it is the way I'm kneading it. I'll have to go back and find a post a lady said she let her husband knead the fondant because he had worked with clay and knew how to knead without adding air/bubbles....hhhhmmmm!
