Even in today's world, women are supposed to hold a certain amount of accomplishments in their lives-job, hubbie, kids, home, etc. And with each comes a responsibility we are supposed to have and be the best at for everyone outside our home to decide if it is good enough or not....that's just society---but it is soooooooo nice to do something for ourselves-something that is a selfaccomplishment and makes us proud of ourselves on a different level of kids, home, etc. There will always be critics in our lives but to see someones face and hear those words or oohs and aahs makes all the critics fade away. Every person on this site should give themselves a big hug and a large congratulations on a job well done-no matter what they have done--it takes alot of determination and dedication to cakes and our customers and our families to pull it all together! Hugs to all-Copngratulations to everyone!!

your so right, i love being a stay at home mom, but i did loose myself also. my self identity became diaper changing, supper cooking, mess cleaning, ect.... now i have all the about tittles plus creative cake decorator!
