Hopefully you all have a RELAXING and WONDERFUL holiday!!!
Couldn't have gotten through my "dessert table" without all your help! I have about 1 more hour of putting on the finishing touches, and then I am DONE (someone please pas the rum and egg nog!)
I have sucessfully made a mandarin/clementine poinstettia cake (white cake with Christmas Clementine filling)- which wasn't without it's mishaps (humidity!!!), Black Forest Cake (for which I had to be extremely resourceful, cause it's hard to find simple things on this rock!), and my new favorite recipe - Pumpkin Spice Cake (courtesy of this site!) which I did into small rounds, frosted with the cream cheese frosting - and coated the sides in chopped almonds and pecans (for the adults) then also cut into different sized squres and wrapped with fondant (for the kiddies!)
For new years, I am so excited to try out the cake balls - and put all those scraps to good use!!!!!
