I use the enhanced formula to as many truffles as possible icon_smile.gif I think I got 7 1/2 dozen out of this batch icon_wink.gif

This was a chocolate box and I added some caramel powdered creamer.

I used french vanilla creamer for the binder and added chocolate chips. I bake my cake balls for just under 10 minutes, it melts the chips and makes the experience heavenly!

Dip in chocolate, I use chocolate chips with a little paramount crystals. I microwaved caramel ice cream topping, drizzled it over the truffles and topped with pecans. Then sit in the freezer for a few minutes to set. There is no temp change so there is no cracking! You may get some condensation when you remove them from the freezer, but it goes away by itself. Hope you enjoy!!!

Yummy. I love pecans and chocolate. Are they crispy, or is it just me?
