I just finished an extremely LAST minute cake...my husband chose to volunteer me to make a b-day cake for a guy in his military unit - or should I say, he "VOLUNTOLD" me to make the cake - oh and the requests:
no halloween theme (guys' b-day is on halloween day icon_confused.gif )
no military theme ( icon_mad.gif )
don't use blue or red frosting icon_evil.gif
must be big enough for 12 people icon_rolleyes.gif
no chocolate thumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gif
"use my imagination" icon_surprised.gificon_lol.gificon_biggrin.gif - so I did!

Let me know what you think of my last minute cake (it's the one w/ the
m&m theme!)

Well to be truthful I thinks it's terrible that you made such an awsome cake in such a short time. Talk about envy. I feel like I need a couple of weeks to think about a simple cake let alone something that cool with short notice.
Love the M and M's. Haven;t tried the glow in the dark ones yet but I will be.

Great job icon_wink.gif

Don't you just hate that? I don't even know how many times I have been voluntold, my own self, ha ha. Anyhow, I would have been a smartie and made the m and m brown,LOL! Seriously I like the cake and think it is fine. If I was rushed, I don't think that I could do that good!
