could anyone tell me how to add instant pudding mix to a cake mix? I know I read it here and now I can't find it. Thanks

This is the recipe that was given to me by a very nice CC poster:

1 white cake mix (she used DH, I used Pillsbury so I don't think it matters)
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 small box white chocolate instant pudding (I used vanilla-that's all I had!)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups water or water/milk mixture
1 tsp almond flavoring (optional - I didn't use it)

Bake at 350 F until it springs back when lightly pressed.

It turned out really well, very yummy! Happy baking!

I don't remember who I got this recipe from but it was someone on here. I use a box of cake mix,1 box of instant pudding, 4 egg whites, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup water, 1/3 cup oil and 1tsp vanilla. I mix for 30 seconds on low and then 2 minutes on high speed. When I take it out of the oven I put a clean dish towel over the cake and press down. I leave it for a few minutes.

I think I'm baking pudding right now. I'm trying the one from mjones17, I increased the water to 1 cup because it was so thick. It was the consistensy of pudding when I put it in the oven...hhmmm...
