I am not sure either. On my Sam's bucket it says Butt-R-Cream. Does the Costco say this as well?

SAMS Club B/C is fabulous !!! I bought a 28 pounder (26.00) last month for a wedding cake. It was a huge time saver.. The texture is perfect and it crust very nicely. I added some flavoring to cover up the commercial flavor, then whipped it... everyone was raving about it.

COST CO do not sell B/C by the bucket like SAMS... I went to COSTCO and asked them first.. If you buy SAMS B/C you won't be sorry. Texture is perfect for piping.

I will buy it again and again
... as far as I know, COSTCO do not sell B/C by the bucket. unless your COSTCO is different from our COSTCO icon_smile.gif

Does anyone happen to know if BJ's has it also? If they do - was it any good?
