I just finished a huge batch of cookies but still have alot of Toba's Glaze left over. Has anyone tried to freeze it and reuse it later? I hate to waste it...

Well, it should be pretty stable for a long time just refrigerated.

If you want to freeze, start with a Tblspn and see how that does upon being defrosted
