I keep seeing those great cookies and would love to bring some in for work. We have a party going on next week. It's our first and well last Halloween party in the office.
My son is allergic to nuts and i don't want to bring them inside my home. Do you think there's anything else that will work as good?

Thanks!
Kat

BTW: is there a post or tutorial somewhere on how to make them?

Would fondant work? You could colour it too.

You could use melted CandyMelts to pipe fingernails, then once hardened, glue them onto the cookie with more melted candy.

Ohhh I LOVE the candy melts idea!! I wanted to make some for my class as a treat (4th grade) and was also worried about the nuts...since the kids either don't like them, or might be allergic!! I'm going to try the melts in red..thanks for the great idea!
