So you ever go home start making chicken and dumplings, make a pumpkin pie, make homemade yeast rolls and while the dough is rising you kick the oven on, just to find out that after it should be preheated it's stone COLD! icon_cry.gif

Yeah so that wasn't so good for me last night and the family. I need a new gas range, that I am looking to do all my cake work and cookies and desserts that I already do from home. Any recommendations? icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks for the advice, I was looking at accubakes and convections and my head is swimming in oven ranges, gas and switching to Propane. It's craziness! The GE Profile was looking pretty awesome, anyone out there have a Kitchen Aid Range?

Any other opinions?

I have a Frigidaire Gallery Series oven and I absolutely love it. It has a fan in the back (I'm guessing that makes it convection of sorts? I rarely use it) and it has tons of room inside!

That one is electric though. I don't know if they have gas or not, but maybe they do.
