I've been asked to make a beer cooler cake for a friends 30th birthday, but i don't know how to do the ice cubes. I've tried using gelatin but the only one we can by is an off yellow colour and it doesn't look convincing. Can anyone help me please, I need this cake for a week friday. Someone also mentioned using glucose but i don't know how, ive got liquid glucose if that helps. PLEASE HELP ME i'm stuck!!!!!!!! icon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

What about like chunks of sugar?

There's a picture in the galleries of someone who did a beer bucket and I think she said she used sugar as the ice. Can't remember who it was. Sorry.
