I just got an order for a gluten free cake. I have no idea where to begin. Anyone have a recipe, or somewhere I can look this up?
There are several threads on here about this from not too long ago. If you search in the forums you'll find them! It was mentioned that this type of cake is more expensive to make and requires special ingredients, even the extracts used.
Just a caution about gluten free cooking/baking-you'll need separate utensils, pans, etc that have never come into contact with gluten. Even cleaning/sanitizing doesn't remove it from the utensils/pans.
