I'm stressing again.

I emailed a client who ordered a present cake for a dinner party. She wanted teal "wrapping paper" with gold dragees, and a red stand up bow.

Ok, no problem.

When we nailed down the pick up time, she said that she was so excited and kept going to my website to look at my cakes, that she can't wait to see it.

That's terriffic! Right? No pressure, right? I don't have a contract with this woman, the whole transaction was done via email. I'm kinda freaking out.

Someone tell me this is a good sign, and not a disaster in the making. I appreciate enthusiam, I'm just worried she's got expectations that I can't possibly live up to! Or am I just a special kind of looney tune?

I have seen your cakes, I don't think she will be disappointed at all!

Maybe make up the contract and have it signed when picked up or delivered.

OMG!! LMAO!!

Ok, I'll calm down. I just freak out sometimes, who knows why? icon_confused.gif I just don't want her to hype it up too much in her mind so much that she ends up disappointed. I know I can do a good job, I was just worried about her being "too" excited. Does that make any sense? probly not....

Oh, well. I'm sure glad you guys are here to knock some sense into me.
I'll quit it now.
