I posted yesterday that I was doing a football stadium cake for my nephew's birthday party. I am beginning to think that this is not such a good idea. This cake is bad luck!! thumbsdown.gif Since that time I have lost my entire recipe book with all of my sketches and ideas. So what is the point you ask..... I can't remember how to make crusting buttercream icing! AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH! Can someone please let me know where I can find this recipe.

Thanks guys for all of your help. And if this cake ever comes to fruition I will definitely post my pics.

I use the Wilton Class recipe -

1 cup Crisco
2 TBSP water
1tsp flavoring
16 oz. 10x confectioner's sugar
1TBSP Meringue Powder

this makes stiff icing - use 1 more TBSP for medium, and 2 more TBSP for thin...
