WOW! This thread hasn't been answered YET!!
It tastes very...um....vanilla-ey. Like a cross between white chocolate and vanilla.
It's more firm than white chocolate, too. Has a little bit of a crunch to it when you bite it. Different feel than candy melts. Little bit more firm.
