i need to do a whole lot of stuff for this party. im in charge of planning, buying, doing, decorating, cooking, baking & deco cakes, Cookies, choco pops, favors, gifts, games... well all!!
I want to get started as soon as i can with the cookies.
I was thinking of doing NFSC (and/or chocolate ones too - not sure yet) with either Helen's icing or Toba's. I know toba's takes a while to dry up though.

any thoughts? suggestions?

thanks!
kat

you can bake and freeze them plain or decorated several weeks in advance. Be sure they are well wrapped, and there are no smelly things in the freezer.

thanks for the tip. but i don't have any space at all in my fridge for it. my fridge, closets, cabinet...it's all packed w/stuff for the party. having a small apartment sucks. and not having space in the freezer even more. icon_cry.gificon_cry.gif
