I need to do a cookie tray to serve about 30 people. First, how many cookies would you estimate for this? I'm thinking mini size cookies since there are going to be finger foods and other desserts too.
What types of cookies should I include? I ask because this needs to be a more fancy, upscale, gourmet-ish type of cookie tray. I REALLY need ideas. Thanks!

Do you have a cookie press? Because spritz cookies are small and easy and if you have a christmas tree design or a wreath, you can die the dough green and use colored sugar on top...also, the little white snowball cookies are a big hit - I think they are often called Mexican Wedding Cookies or Russian Tea Cakes.
