I would like to know if I can melt the white chocolate bars, like the big chunks you buy in the grocery store, and use them in the sucker molds like the candy melts.
I've only used the candy melts and would like to try this. Anyone do this?
TIA

Yes, you can! Make sure to temper it first, though.

I accidently found a REALLY good chocolate coating tonight. Had choc flavored almond bark in the elec fondue pot (on warm). Needed more chocolate for dipping since it wasn't deep enough. Mixed the AB with choc chips and Hershey's candy bars. YUM! Not a snap like all chocolate, not an aftertaste like melts, just melts sooo smooth. Mix and match what you have, and see what you come up with!
