ps. I started poking around their website (which is what they want me to do since I was attracted by a free offer icon_biggrin.gif ) and it seems they have a box mix for carrot cake...then you add the fruit, nuts etc. sounds yummy!!

they also have a section named "cupcake central". " Coincidence? I think not." thumbs_up.gif

I use the Reynolds paper all the time, I get it at the commissary (grocery store), so it is very inexpensive. Thanks for the heads up for others.
