I have to make frosting for my son's class for some gingerbread houses they are making. This is the recipe they gave me;
9 egg whites at room temp
3# of powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
is this the same as royal icing?? Because, i'd way rather just whip up some royal icing. . . thanks
