I want to use the small walnut shaped molds (about 2.5 " each) to make cookies that will look, when two are put together, like a whole walnut. Does anyone have a recipe for this mold? Thanks.

I think I have that at home - never made them because I didn't buy the molds. Are these the ones that I saw in King Arthur Flour catalog? I'll check for the recipe when I get home.
