Okay, time to call on my CC buddies. I am looking for a recipe for gingerbread that you can use in the Pampered Chef clay molds. The molds were given to me....but, I can't find the instructions. I am sure that I had them when they were given me, but, well, who can say what has happened since then! LOL I'm wondering if Christina's Recipe from Food TV Challenge would work?

If you have looked in my photos you have read about my young cousins who come to my house each year. Well, this is the VERY FIRST year that I am going to try and bake REAL gingerbread for the houses! Don't tell Mason, HE thinks that "B" makes the houses from scratch every year! So, in order to NOT make a complete liar of him....I'm going to do it this year! IF I can get your help!

Thanks in advance!

Can you maybe go on-line and check out Pampered Chef's website? I've used a box mix for gingerbread that actually worked great. Or check the recipe section on this website. Something has to work!
