Looking for cake decorator in West Houston area

I've been asked to make a "wedding style" cake for a 60th anniversary party on September 10th but I'll be out of town that weekend. Does anyone decorate and live in West Houston (Texas) so I can recommend you to this woman?

I live there but cake decorating is just a hobby so far and I don't have a license. I've just been doing this at home for friends and neighbors. I got into this because of my 3 year old's food allergies. Because of the allergies, we aren't able to buy anything from a bakery so I don't even know a good bakery that I could refer you to.
