What company or place do you buy your good quality chocolate from? I talked to US Foods and haven't heard back from the guy since like before halloween and I'm starting to get a little upset. Everytime he calls I get the same line of "I'm so sorry that I've been busy so I'll get back with you in a few days to get everything taken care of" uggg, I think I'm done with them and it's time to find somewhere else. any advice where?
Do you currently do business with Sysco? If not, try looking online for wholesale chocolate suppliers, usually there will companies that sound 10 lb. bars, like the one below.

HTH.
Try Sweet Celebrations they have a large selection of chocolates.
Thank you for that referral!
Your welcome. I'm new to cake decorating and people have helped me, so I try to help as much as I can. This site has helped alot. Everyone is so friendly.
Do you have a Restaurant Depot near you? Membership is free if you have a business and they have Callebaut cheap! I buy 11 pound blocks for $35. That's roughly $3.20 a pound compared to the $8 a pound it goes for at our Whole Foods.
I'm licensed as a bakery through using my church kitchen. There is restaurant suppliers near me but no rest. depot.
Thanks for all the suggestions.
