I have some candy molds and i dont know how to use them. I have some chocolate that you melt and i am thinking i just melt the chocolate and pour it in the mold and let it harden. Am i right?
Correctomundo! Once you fill the molds with the melted chocolate, tap the mold on the counter to get out any air bubbles that might be in the chocolate, pop in the fridge to harden. After a few minutes just invert the mold and sorta twist it and the candies will drop right out!
Thanks, I have been wanting to try it but wasnt sure how. You wouldnt happen to know how to make dark chocolate would you?
Dark chocolate is a product of the manufacturing process, and has to do with the amount of vegetable fats, cocoa butter, and solid compounds in it. Sorry, you can't make it.
