I've never done a wedding cake before, so this area is new to me. I have a lady who ordered 12 miniature cheesecakes from me for her wedding. Does anyone have a standard contract they use when working with an order such as this? Thanks!

I just did my first 2 wedding cakes these past 2 weekends and I just made sure that I had the money before I went and bought all of the ingredients. Im sure someone else some better ways of doing it, I just didn't want to be out any money. thumbs_up.gif

I went online and googled a couple of wedding cake contracts and pulled out relevent parts. Having something signed and in writting helps to set expectations.
