Help!! I need ideas for a going away cake. My customer has a friend going to Belgium for one year. Any ideas??? I was thinking a world map with a plane going from Pennsylvania to Belgium. What do you think???

That is a great idea...then you can submit to the contest too! BONUS!!! 
Also, you could do Brussel sprouts, since Brussels is in Belgium. A map of belgium.....a belgium flag.
