I made my first cake balls and they are YUMMY!!!!! I have been wanting to try them for a while and finally got a chance. lol I just used some almond flavored BC frosting. They were so easy!! I think next time I will get some flavored creamer to try.

So I am gonna take some to my friend today so she can give them a go. I'll let you all know what her reaction is!! I think she is gonna love them!!!

Forgot to add.. They look so pretty too!!! You would think I spent hours on them!! If they only knew.... LOL

Oh cool, I have been wanting to make them too. Send the pic to us to see them!

Very encouraging! I plan on doing these for the first time next week.
I'm going to be making some to give to co-workers. I've already gotten orders for bourbon in 2 of the guys and the only other lady out here wants Irish Cream. Looks like I'll be busy!

I have been wondering, do cake balls taste too sweet? I guess I'll find out later today when I make some. It just seems like especially the ones dipped in white chocolate might be a little over the top sweet.

I'd love to hear the opinions of people who have eaten them.

Sorry it took me forever to get back to you all. I gave them to her after the panto, and she took them home, so I didn't get a chance to ask her till this am. She said they were delicious!! Her whole family liked them and her son that doesn't like cake even liked them!! LOL My hubby and kids loved them too!! o I will be making more, using different flavors!! WOO HOO!!!
