I am about to make a cuddly bear cake for my son's first birthday and the instructions from the wilton book say to use the wilton's premade store bought chocolate icing. Do I have to use that icing or can I use something else? I don't really like the way it tastes or the consistency of it once it dries. Any suggestions for another icing would be greatly appreciated.
