Does anyone know what kind of icing it is and how I can go about trying to duplicate it? I was at the mall and had a slice of a cookie cake and it was the best icing I had ever had and would like to try and make it myself but I don't know where to start. And if anyone already has the recipe figured out that would be even better, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.Thanx

This is what I found:

The icing that Great American Cookie Company uses is not homemade. They use an extra smooth vanilla and chocolate icing made by HC Brill Co.

Good luck on your quest. icon_smile.gif
