I used the carmels you have to unwrap one by one. For Halloween adn did it in the microwave per the instructions. I dipped them and put them in the fridge a few minutes to firm up. This I have alldone before. But the carmel was sooo hard you couldn't eat the apples. Does anyone know what happened to it? Is this what everyone uses to make their apples or is there something else that I wouldn't have to spend all day unwrapping? icon_smile.gif Thanks!

Maybe you over cooked them in the microwave, turning caramel in to candy...

Not sure, maybe someone else can help.
