I had never tried an FBCT or upside-down icing, so I decided to try them together. I had a few problems and certainly learned a lot. I had a problem with my icing consistency, I think that's why it's not as smooth as I'd like.

Not too bad for my first try, I guess, but I hope to do better next time. Any tips to help me improve would be MUCH appreciated.

Thanks!

Isn't FBCT fun to do? I love to do them!!

The faces are the hardest to do w/ FBCT... YOU DID A GREAT JOB ON THE FACE!! Looks just like the real thing! Very nice!

As for as the upside down method.. I've never tried it either. Sorry. You'll get it!! You've done a great job at it already!!

Thanks you guys! tcturtleshell, it was lots of fun and very rewarding. I was really worried about the face as it was definitely the hardest part, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out! His hand got messed up a little bit, but I think it's just because I was tired and got careless.

I can't wait to do another one!
