I have to ice my cakes frozen because my hand is "heavy" and "hot", so do I ice them completely then thaw then out in the fridge???
what is the best way to ice/decorate a cake with this problem?

I've heard of some people using 2 bags of icing to decorate with, keeping one in the fridge and using on, then switching. Hope that helps a bit.
