Anyone make NFSC with Splenda??

How were they?? My SIL is going sugar free but still has a sweet tooth and I'd like to be able to make some cookies she can eat.

This is a super old post but it was one of 2 that came up in the search.

Has anyone tried this?
I don't want to waste time and money if its a total failure.
The other post suggested using half splenda half sugar but neither of these posts ever got replies.

I think you just need to try it out. I have used the sugarfree cake mixes and it turned out fine. I did use a bit of sugar but I usually don't put the whole amount because it is too sweet. The only way to know is to try it out. Let us know. Good luck. icon_smile.gif
